I went in not knowing what to get and Kim created the most beautiful nails.
Kim has never disappointed me or let me leave unsatisfied. The entire staff is very pleasant and helpful and the establishment is a step above.

I’m writing this review due to the poor customer service I experienced. I was the first person to walk in the door among four other women and somehow ended up being the last to get my nails done. When it was finally my turn, the technician started working on me but then got up to do someone’s eyebrows instead. Nail Star in Montevallo is my favorite place to go for a pedicure! Everyone is so friendly, and my toe nails look amazing! Kim is always super nice to everyone that comes in, and Jack takes extra time to take care of my feet. I always do a $35 classic pedicure, and it is worth every penny. Thank you to everyone at Nail Star!
