I got an SNS extension done and 7 days later my thumb nail chipped, so I went to the nail salon to get it repaired. The lady who originally took care of me was there and was extremely rude and unprofessional. She went on to tell me I did not take care of my nails, and that I should have spent more money on the powered gel since it is stronger (but I did), and denied me the service of giving me a new nail/helping style the nail. Visited New York from Australia, had gel nails done in preparation for Christmas. Absolutely the best quality shellac nails I've ever had. Still good after two weeks. They also repaired 3 torn nails very well. And the service was wonderful. And to top things off, they gave me a little Christmas gift after. Could not recommend this place more highly. Thank you!
Manicurist was clearly sick when she was doing my nails, and guess what? Now I’m sick. Have the past 3 years not taught you to send home your workers when they are sick? Absolutely disgraceful!
