I can not believe how terrible of an experience this has been! Two days later, my nails are sticky! My friends/family say I could have done a much better job myself! This place is DIRTY and a waste of $.
Worst experience ever. I went in for a refill and she layered on the acrylic after I specifically said I wanted the nails to be thin NOT thick. Then she complained about having to file the thick nails down. After that ordeal I realized she placed the acrylic about 2 millimeters away from my cuticle making it look like they had already grown out 2 weeks. After asking me (and I counted) 5 times if I wanted a french and EACH TIME saying, "yes" she still only charged me for a color then complained about not understanding that i ... read more
