Consistent great service
I went to Nail Spa for a simple gel removal and had a really upsetting experience. Before coming in, I called ahead and was told to arrive in 15 minutes, but once I got there, I ended up being there for nearly an hour and a half just to have gel taken off. They initially sanded down the gel and wrapped my nails in acetone with foil, which is standard. But after I sat there for about 45 minutes, the gel still wasn’t coming off easily.
