Wish I could give a negative… for Mother’s Day, my daughter purchased a gift certificate for $150… I misplaced the paper certificate but had the actual Zelle receipt… they refuse to honor it… got very nasty with my daughter when she went, in person, to speak to them… they were more than happy to take her $150… so now my daughter is out $150, and I am out a Mother’s Day gift… big mistake!!
Got a regular pedicure and my nails chipped the very next day.

I called to make appointment with a specific nail tech , and when I came in they told me to try someone new, I was basically put in a situation where I had to say yes , the girl Was new and spent 3 hours on my nails and they charged me 100$ for a 65$ service (I always get the same thing done every 3 weeks) . Over pricing and they are new and learning . Nails came out alright but I’m more upset about the BS TACTIC used against me .
