My absolute favorite nail tech is Patty! She always does my pedicures and never misses. I leave loving them every single time. Her work has always been beautiful, clean, and consistent. I just wanted a simple manicure. Remove gel and clean up my nails, no nail polish after. The woman could not understand me at all, even with Google translate and even when her colleagues tried to explain it to her. I finally just gave up and left since it was just a waste of time. On the one hand they only charged me $10. On the other hand, this is what my nails look like which is just appalling. I would put 0 stars if I could. After 1 nail tech sawed the skin from my finger while removing polish, I requested another tech to do my polish because I was scared to be messed up. This other tech chopped one fingernail off and made it so short, and left the others weirdly shaped. I picked up and left before they did more damage. Wow. Never again.
