Serviced by owner, nasty attitude and rough when completing service. The service is not free and is suppose to be a relaxing experience. Treat people with respect and provide service as requested so they will want to return to establishment.
Love this nail salon. Everyone works harmoniously together; they have a wide variety of colors and selections. And they seem to be a staple in the community. They will be the fourth salon I’ve tried since moving to Poughkeepsie. I’m done searching. I can’t wait to come back.
Pinky is absolutely the best. She takes her time and is very patient with me. Her work is amazing!

The best place, so sweet and friendly every time! They’ve learned our names and always listen!!! And this is the only place that my nails actually stay for 3-4 weeks it’s amazing!
