Walked in they said, cannot do my nails because no water however, there was a customer sitting down getting her nails done

Jason did a great job with nails and toenails It very nice and clean I will go back!
The toe nail polish came off 3 days later. I their defense, I did ask for the the most bright orange color they had which turned out being a glow in the dark kind. I'm guessing thats why it came off so quickly?? I've been there before and never had this problem. I highly recommend the place. Just not the glow in the dark polish.
