I do not recommend this place. The owner needs all new nail techs. My nails didn't last one week. The next day, my nail broke. Mind you just got done essence festival weekend. They ignore your request to repair your nails. My nails were not the same length, and some nails were bigger than others. Just left there Saturday and have a broken nail already. They do not listen to customer care.
The energy as just negative. No one acknowledged me when I walked in. I’m used to nail salons or really any business regarding customer service greeting you the minute you walk in or at minimum shortly after. Say for about 10 minutes only to realize that I was supposed to sign in. I just took that as God’s warning and got up and left. Definitely my first and last time. Gonna try out the place across the street.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I USUALLY HAVE A REGULAR NAIL TECH AND TAKES MIN 3 HOURS AND I AM SUPER PARTICULAR… NEEDED NAIL DONE IMMEDIATELY AND THEY TOOK ME AND DID THE BEST NAILS IMAGINABLE!!! I COULN’T BELIEVE HOW FAST THERE WERE, IT WAS JUST OVER AN HOUR…. THAT NEVER HAPPENS SO I WAS SHOCKED…. WAS VISITING BE NOW HOPE TO FIND A NAIL TECH AS GOOD AS THEM…
