They hurt my foot, a man who did not know what he was doing was working on my nails and dug in deep into my nail bed, making me scream out loud OW and nobody did anything, no one cared , and next day my toe is throbbing, this should be illegal that someone can injure a client and not even apologize, they charged me full service as if nothing was wrong.

Never going back, the guy there hurt me while cutting my nails, didn't apologize, didn't care. Seemed like he was a trainee that didn't know what he was doing. This has never happened to me in decades to be hurt like that. Worse is that I screamed out loud it was so painful and no one cared.

I’ve been here a good amount of times and today was probably the most disappointing one ever. The nail tech wasn’t very friendly, she was throwing my hands back at me after she was done. The manicure was poorly done, gel is all crooked, and she trimmed my nails so short even though I said halfway. It took me SO LONG to grow my natural nails out. Probably one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. The nail tech was extremely rough and kept yanking and tossing my hands around the entire time. I paid $50 for my nails and they came out looking rushed and poorly done. Definitely disappointed and won’t be returning.
