STAY AWAY!!!! Pretty much the worst experience ever. I came in for a simple eyebrow wax. I specifically told her the designated areas where I wanted hair removed and she seemed to understand. She then put the wax on and off my eyebrows went. She complained as she was putting the wax on that my brows were thin, I knew this but there was still enough hair to have it waxed and I had an arch.
