Lucy and her husband are very good professional, down to earth people. Great job . I got a pedicure and manicure. They even do eyebrow wax. Will try next time. Good work , music and relaxation. Thank you for a job well done
NEW OWNERS! Lewis (sp) and Lucy. Are a lovely couple who know what they are doing. Got my nails dipped and Lucy did a great job. They have beautifully remodeled the former Nail Spa and are now called K Nail Spa but I’m leaving the review here as that name didn’t show up. There are several pedicure massage chairs and nail stations so you could bring friends along if you want a group. They take walk ins, however I think it’s best to get a reservation. Please support this nice family and welcome them to Crossville.
Dirty. Nail clippings on towel (not mine). Dirty clippers and other items on table. Dirty floors
It was one of the worst pedicures and dips that I have ever had.
Very happy, Michael did a great job on my nails.
