Not really understanding all the bad reviews. Last few times I've been here my nails came out so cute! Granted I did get a simple design but cute nonetheless.
Awful, not all of the workers but a couple of the women are extremely rude and have no patience. I had been coming to this shop for a while, but not again! Why are you rushing someone to choose a color, lady I’m paying for this service. No worries will NOT be back you have one time to treat me bad!
I’ve been coming here for pedicures and have generally had good experiences, and the owner has always been professional. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with Kathy completely changed my mind about returning. I showed the exact color I wanted for my toes. Instead of communicating that the salon didn’t have that color available and helping me choose an alternative, she applied a different color without explaining. I just went yesterday and my experience was EVERYTHING!!! They made me feel welcome and comfortable. I will be back for a fill in and another pedicure. Thank you for making me feel welcome after 12 years of incarceration
