I live in Pa...I was down in Mayfield for my sons wedding...I have a salon here that I usaully go to..But I didnt have time to get them done, before my trip..I was skeptical to get them done anywhere that I had not been...I decided to try Nail Spa...They were very curtious and did a fantastic job..The girl looked a pic that I had found on Pinterest and did a design on my ring fingers...Everyone loved them..I definetely would use them again...!! Thank you, Nail Spa.

Got a full set of arcrlyics nails n by day 3 one popped off. Never have I even had fake arcylics n has a nail pop off. And for 40$ I think this is unacceptable. I willNever go back and come Monday I willBe calling for a free fix or a refund. HIGHLY unsatisfied !!!

Bad experience with customer service. Got shellac and they missed a step. I had to drive 20 minutes one way to get it fixed and they told me they would give me a discount next time. Won't be a next time. Originally they even told me they closed at 6 and if I couldn't get there until 6 that would be too late.

Well sorry, but Nail spa does an awful job...a real well done manicure and pedicure is supposed to take around 3 hours( for both of course)...and how long it takes them there? 30 minutes... o and acrylic nails..supposed to take 2-3 hours..takes them around 30 minutes..and they just do whatever they want..only 1 stupid squared shape, most of the time 1 length, unless you specify...just poor poor job..low quality work..they only do something you can do at home, but just dont want to take time doing it.

Before the Nail Spa came to Mayfield I had to travel to Paducah to get my nails done. Sometimes that was a big inconvenience. I am sooo glad that we have the Nail Spa in Mayfield. Not only am I highly satisfied with their quality of work I have never had the problem of my nails breaking or popping off. I don't know what kind of glue they use but my nails last a long time.
