This place has poor customer service. I called in advance to check how much it would cost for a pedicure with regular nail polish. I was told $27, I told the lady on the phone I would be dropping my mother off for this pedicure. I informed her that she didn't speak English and provided her with my mother's name. I dropped her off 15 min after I had spoken with the Lady over the phone. When I came to pick up my mother she told me they charged her $41 for the pedicure. Walked in this afternoon at 5:15 with 3 employees working and one person being attended to. They asked my mom and i to come back tomorrow. Change the sign on your door that says you close at 6pm and turn off the open sign if you don’t want to help customers after a certain time. I’m all about customer service and this nail spa failed us. Do yourself a favor and go to JoJo Nails up the street. They happily took care of us and they close at 6pm as well. Your loss at $200.
