Updated review May 11, 2026: Ugh. It’s so hard to find good help. Today was my last time here. So many things went wrong. When I made my appt, I confirmed multiple times I wanted it with Tina. The appointment was not with Tina. She wasn’t doing anyone else’s nails when I got there—she directed me to the last station and eventually someone else walked in and she started working on her nails. Nail Spa has made some good improvements to their business. More polish color selection, upgraded pedicure chairs, customer chairs for nail service, and storage for nail polish. Need more licensed techs but overall service has improved!

I have been a costumer for atleast the last two years and today I went in for a fill in and pedicure. I decided to get the $38 deluxe pedicure but towards the end I decided no polish. I went to pay in cash the women who sits first asked why wasn't i tipping. Her exact words " no tip for her" very loudly i didn't get everything I should have with the pedicure so I felt no tip was needed regardless very tacky and unprofessional won't rerurn.

Came in for a pedicure and the older lady rushed my entire pedicure. She filed my toe super fast that it cut through my skin. I also upgraded my pedicure to receive hot stones and the stones were cold.
