HORRIBLE SERVICE IF COULD WOULD GIVE NO STARS. GOT MY NAILS DONE FEB 25 AND THEY CAME OFF NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER LAST NIGHT CAME OFF. WENT TO THEM AND THEY DENIED I GOT MY NAILS DONE. SAID NO EAY I GUY DID MY NAILS NO GUY THERE. TOLD HER THAT WAS A LIE SHOW THEM THE PICTURE OF MY NAILS AND WHETE I SAY AND GOT THEM DONE. THEY DIDNT WANT TO REFUND ME AND ONLY WOULD DO MY REGULAR NAILS NOT FULL SET THA I PAID 55 FOR. HORRIBLE BUSINESS NO STARS
I went in for a fill in, pedicure, & eye brow waxing & was very disappointed! Not only did the lady leave sticky wax on my eye lid, it also got on my glasses which I wasn’t been able to get off & have since had to have the lens of my glasses replaced. My fill in was done horribly wrong as you can clearly see in the pics. The old nail wasn’t properly prepped. Do not come here and get your nails done They have no idea what they are doing and it is awful. I will never come here again. I have gave them several chances and probably have done and gone through every single nail tech there even Hannah who is so-called a good one. It’s a no go for me.
me and my mom went went there and it was TERRIBLE!! absolutely disgusting. we both got soak offs and found out they reuse the acetone!…. after we took our hands out they poured it back into the bottle. so nasty tore our cuticles up, our nails up, everything!!
I went to this place until the older lady tore my cuticles and nails up, tried to do a simple bow and couldn’t.. so I never went back. Today my (adult) daughter went to get her nails and eyebrows done. The same older lady that everyone else is complaining about in these reviews, messed her nails up so bad! She has natural nails and get acrylic due to working with her hands everyday. This older lady gouged her nail, then couldn’t file them straight!
