I enjoy coming here. I literally look forward to it every week that I have an appointment for! The girls are all welcoming and simply amazing. They understand what I'm asking and never failed to give me the absolute best service. I always book my appointments in advance. Definitely will recommend making your next nail appointment here. I love Nail Secrets so much!!!!
Do not go here. People are not friendly - nail tech instead of welcoming me interrogated me to make sure that I had an actual appointment (which I did). I wanted a basic pedicure in which she proceeded to cut my toe pretty bad and try to use some product on it which I stopped her from since I am pregnant. I did not want nail polish any longer on my toes because of how much I was bleeding. Instead of offering an accommodation she charged me full price for the sub par service. Save your money and don’t go here.
Really bummed to give this place a low rating after receiving recommendations. Had a great time getting my nails done last month, gels held up great. But going back for a removal and simple manicure with small design, I was charged double the online listed rate ($90-$95). They do not disclose the heavy price increases during the appointment. What a great experience at Simply Nail Bar Glendale. I came with my fiancé’ to see what getting a mani and pedi is all about we got parking right in front. As a guy that has never been what an experience !! We were offered cold water and enjoyed watching the World Cup in some really comfortable chairs. Got my feet and hands scrubbed and massaged.
