They are so kind and eager to please! Even for a guy with minor Parkinson’s and too heavy to trim his toenails…. Thanks folks!
Walked in at 6 with my husband for pedicures and they close at 7. Linda was working by herself and had someone in her chair. Still happy as always she said it’s okay I’ll take care of you both and she did. Even though it was close to closing time she still took her time and gave us both the pedicure we needed for it had been a while. We’ve been coming here for years and this is why the customer service is still as it should be THE BEST!
I have been going here for years. I tried several other salons closer to my home; however, I discovered it was better to make the drive no matter how far. They are warm, friendly, courteous, always doing above and beyond for their clients.
Jon sat me down and attempted to begin without changing the towel from his last client. The towel from her manicure which had her dead skin and nail shadings. After asking him to change it, he got up without a word. I should have left then. I asked to have my acrylics removed and for a mani with clear polish. He was visibly annoyed and huffing and puffing that nail debris was flying onto his clothes. He trimmed and filled my nails with the speed of lighting and they are all jagged and uneven.
