I recently moved to El Dorado Hills and came to Henry highly recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, I couldn’t be more disappointed with the service. I asked for acrylic pink and white nails, but told me he was going to do gel white tip instead. My nails are extremely short, yet they were left uneven, different lengths, and filed at angles rather than straight and level. Great Shop! Love the staff and all the techs are great. David the owner is always so pleasant and friendly. Had several services there basic manicure and pedicure to the upgraded sessions. The massage is my favorite part. I smudged my toe nail polish one time and they sat and repainted after I made a mistake, not many are willing to do that! Thank you for bringing some relaxation and great services to the bass lake shopping center!

I used to really like this place. It's just such a bummer. I tried really hard to explain to the person that was doing my nails that almost all of my nails were crooked and uneven but I don't know what happened. I ended up spending almost 3 hours there for a full set. It's just an outrageous amount of time. And I'm saying like we did the basic, no design know nothing because I wasn't going to sit there for another 45 minutes and be there for 4 hours just to do the design I wanted.
