I’ve been going to this place for roughly 2 1/2 years now. My nails always turn out beautiful, well done, and last a long time. I always refer my family and friends to this salon. gabby and Lucy are wonderful! However, the last couple of times I’ve been in, I’ve been disappointed with customer service and overall experience. I never leave reviews, but if I could give 0 stars, I would. I came here for a relaxing nail day with my sister, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The person doing my nails, who I believe was a manager, repeatedly answered phone calls and sat texting directly in front of me throughout my appointment. My nails looked rushed, uneven, and poorly done. When I pointed out the issues, she left to help someone else at the front desk instead of addressing the problem. I’ve never had a good experience at this nail salon. The owner and her daughter are rude and unprofessional. I’ve told several of my friends not to give this place business.

I went to this nail salon for the better part of 3 months. Towards the end of my visits I decided I had enough. The owner is absolutely ridiculous with her attitude. My first ever visit I requested a full set mani-pedi for an event I was attending. Owner told me she doesn’t have anyone to do a full set pedicure so she told me I couldn’t get one even tho I seen 3 other women seated to be given pedicures.
