Managers demeanor off-putting!!! I was impressed with the service overall. However, I found the manager’s demeanor somewhat off-putting, as she often appeared unapproachable. In the service industry, one might expect a more welcoming attitude. I arrived a bit late for my appointment, which was at 3pm. and she remarked that it was 3:10, asking if I should reschedule or if I still wished to be attended.
I had Kai do my pedicure and he was super kind! He did an amazing job and I was really pleased with the environment and the way my nails turned out.
I've been here many times and have had many different manicurists and each does such a thorough beautiful job. It's also a beautiful salon and they really take care of it. Won't be going anywhere else.
