Update: After posting this, the salon owner, Kim, apologized to us repeatedly on the phone as well as under this review. She kept trying to make it right on her end, which we appreciated. She also made the workers aware of how we felt and how it was offensive. We also appreciated the quick response and the fact that it actually became a lesson. This was our first time coming to this place & we tried it out since we live pretty close. It started out alright where the receptionist was able to easily book us, which was nice since other places we tried were full. My family member had wanted to get a pedicure for their birthday. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is due to the nail techs rudeness and lack of awareness. Went in for the first time today and was very impressed with the salon, its very clean, looked modern and just over all neat and well organized. I came in for just regular manicure (gel) and pedicure service. My nail tech, Holly (it was nice to meet you), was so good! I love how gentle and thorough she was! I also loved how she did a great job with the shape of my nails!! Over all, it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be coming back!!

I went here for the first time today and got my nails done for my wedding! Everyone was so nice and took their time with the designs and pedicure it was so nice! I’ll definitely be coming back!
