I bought my mother a gift card for mother's day & this location tried to gaslight my mom into believing a gift card was never purchased. After an hour of reasoning with them, they finally took out their gift card log (which they claimed to not have) and found a record of the gift card. The staff are great but management made this the opposite of a relaxing experience

if i could give 0 stars i would! my boyfriend went in to get a simple mani pedi (which he always gets but his place was booked and needed something fast) and the lady said it was 90$!! he said no just a simple mani pedi and she kept saying no that’s the only package it’s the best package blah blah and there was no other option for a plain mani pedi. this package included other things obviously but the lady did a horrific job and clearly took advantage of him. he kept telling her to clean up his cuticles and file his nails in... read more

Jay is my nail technician and he is great. The place is clean and pleasant and relaxing. I am new to the area and left my place of 20 years and I am very pleased to be here.

The most terrible service my wife and I ever encountered in this type of establishment. They raised their voices in disrespect when they were in error, and the condescending language used toward my wife was particularly upsetting. I've dealt with indifference before, but the experience with this group of minority felt far worse than the traditional, homegrown bigotry I grew up with in the South.
