My first time at this salon and I will be a repeat customer. I was a walk-in with specific nail design in mind. The staff welcomed me in and sat me down right away. Lori did my fill and I was very impressed with her attention to detail and the final set of nails are beautiful. I've since returned for a pedicure and again, im extremely happy with the service here. The pedicure is next level in comparison to most places. One of my favourite places to get a pedicure! Hannah and Cindy (and all the ladies) are amazing! I love going first things in the morning, usually a quieter experience before their day picks up. Your appointment will be an hour, so nice and seems to be so rare these days. And they finish your pedicure off with paraffin wax- so nice!
I really liked them but I went to go get my gel nail polish off today and they tried drilling it off instead of taking it off with remover. I can see using the drill a little bit but don't use the drill straight up. I told her this and she still proceeded to try and drill them off of my nails. Decided to get up and walk out. I just don't understand what I told you how I wanted them taken off and I'm paying you to do it why couldn't they do it the way I wanted the way it's supposed to be done.
