had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. While I was being helped, the owner rushed the employee to finish with me quickly in order to assist another customer who had just walked in. I felt dismissed and disrespected, especially since I was paying for services just like anyone else. It was upsetting to feel that my background may have influenced the way I was treated. I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I went in simply asking for a nail cleaning and a clear polish, but the woman by the door was rude and dismissive, she spoke to me in a very unpleasant tone and asked, "What do you even want?" as if my request was a problem. I felt very unwelcome and disrespected. I don’t think anyone deserves to be treated that way.

Wanted to give 5 stars so badly but just couldn’t! The gel polish used is good quality for the gel manicures but the skill level is below average. Nail wasn’t properly polished and the nail tech didn’t take my critiques/ preferences well.
i went to Nail Queen on friday i did an overlay of hard gel and my nails are already chipped
