Please read! (Kimberly, so sweet) I have been to many nail salons, had both good, and not so good experiences. As I've gotten older, I've come into some health issues, and it's hard to express that to some nail techs, you never want to say stop, or don't, while theyre in action performing a routine job, I dont want to offend them, even if I'm paying, I feel we both deserve the same respect and courtesy and consideration. Love my tech.
They were so rough I bled in several places and they didn’t have any colors close to the photo I’d brought (pink glitter.) I left without color and only half of my pedicure and charged me $60. I want this to be my regular nail place, as I work nearby. They have lost my business forever. Avoid this place!
I always have a great experience at Nail Pro in Lake City. The ladies here are so welcoming every time I come in and when I leave. They make me feel comfortable with friendly, casual conversations, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I’ve never had any problems, and I’m always happy with the services I receive.
