I just got my nails done at Nail Pro & Spa and I was really satisfied. The shop is clean, the staff is lovely and the nails are extremely meticulous. The polish color is beautiful, the nails are standard, and look very luxurious. I will definitely come back!

I had such a great experience! The salon is very clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. I am so happy with how my nails turned out!

I don't recommend here for quality service. I paid $50 for an incomplete pedicure. No leg massage, no buffing of the nail, cuticles, and uneven polishing. When I mentioned it to the nail tech she only picked at the polish with nippers and tried to polish over the imperfections. This is unprofessional. Businesses need to remember, customer service matters. I am disappointed to say the least and would not recommend this service unless you want to feel like you wasted your time & money.

The gentleman was rude to a mother and daughter that had been waiting. The daughter wanted her nails painted and he said that she would just mess them up so it was a waste of his time. Then he called me over to do just a simple gel manicure. He was rushing through it like it was beneath him. He also cut my skin while cutting my cuticles. He was yanking on them instead of simply trimming them slowly. I will not be going back.
