I just left here a week before I’m due to give birth with half an eyebrow. The older eyebrow lady (not sure of her name) put acetone, yes ACETONE, on my eyebrows and then tried to gaslight me that it was alcohol after it burned my eyes. She then proceeded to butcher my eyebrows so badly I’m devastated. My skin is so irritated. After the stone she put hand sanitizer on my face when I asked for alcohol. The people there were super kind, I had to admit. But their kindness alone won’t back up their skill. The man I had took ages to get my nails done, and they didn’t even look good. The shape was off, the nails were chubby, and the polkadots were just horrible. And don’t get me started on the bows. The atmosphere was also dirty. I had previous nails on before and he put my hands in a very nasty bowl with acetone to remove them. It had stains all around it. Is this what you call good service? A well-done pedicure? They're freshly done, and all they do is serve for the sake of serving. They don't do a good job of cleaning feet, much less painting them. $45 is thrown in the trash!
