This place is a hit and miss. I had gone 2 weeks ago for a manicure and pedicure. that visit was hands down one of my best mani/pedi's ever. I went yesterday (7/15/25) and had the worst experience in my life. First off, the salon opened late and the employees don't show up until at least 30 mins after the salon opens. there were 5 of us waiting to be taken care of at 9 am. Rosie is truly the best! Every time I call, she somehow finds a way to squeeze me in, even when it’s super last minute. I’m really picky when it comes to my pedicures & manicure, & she’s always gone above & beyond to make sure I’m happy. I have been going to get my acrylic nails, pedicures, and waxing for the last couple years at Top Pro Nails. The owners John and Kay are amazing people. DN, my nail tech is a master with acrylic and hands painted designs. When she was out on maternity leave, John the owner stepped in as my nail tech. His wife Kay is an excellent esthetician. I've been getting my nails done here for a few months now and I have to say that they are the best people I have had done my nails by. They all are super nice and friendly and this is definitely my go to spot :)
