The wait was wayy too long
I would give no stars if I could because multiple times I have made appts only to sit there for over 30 minutes while they start on other customers. Why bother making an appt? Then they laugh & thank you for waiting, like you have a choice on a Sunday evening.
Update: I went back and had my nail art redone. I was given a 1pm appointment but ended up waiting 30 minutes. That was an inconvience because I had someone waiting on me. The lady that did my fill earlier that day tried to tell me that what I'm requesting can't be done and another girl there defended her and told me she did a "good job" and tried to tell me they were only going to fix part of it and I had to reiterate that I did not get what I asked for.
