Had to ask them to clean the edges, fix the shape, did not remove cuticles and when asked only did on one finger lol Sloppy work. Lathered lotion all over my engagement ring rather than taking it off
Was skeptical from reviews but bay Nicole ate down. i love my nails so much and she did an even better job with my feet omg. Must go here if you want those quality results. Definitely going back. Thank you Nicole.

Long story short: Body shaming AND nail damage in one go! Normally I don't write negative reviews, but my most recent experience with this salon was so unpleasant that I'm still thinking about it (and dealing with nail damage). I received two mineral gel manicures from Nail Pro (11/24 & 12/24). They looked great but I wanted to give my nails a break, so I made an appt for Feb 9, 2025.
