I have been a customer for over 30 years the last 3 months have been a joke. They talk about you in their language not realizing translating can be done on the phone. My nails look a mess after 2 days and they are acting as if you are getting on THEIR nerves. Never again will I step foot in this establishment again. The former owner is gone and the remaining manager has lost control. Stay away terrible culture. They only like a certain demographic.
I used to love this place but over the past few months my visits have become uncomfortable, hostile, and unenjoyable. I feel like instantly get judged when I walk in. I have had a few different people but by far the worst I've ever had is Lily. Lily didn't say hi to me when she came over. Lily got visibly upset when I kindly asked for warmer water. I came in with a set I wasn't happy with from a different salon, and Holly, Tina, and Amanda were the SWEETEST people I have ever interacted with. Not only did they fix my nails and gave me something I was truly happy with, but Holly and Amanda stayed after close to help me out. I definitely will be going to Holly or Amanda from here on out. Those two deserve every pay raise and good thing coming their way! (The light green and white was the before set and the gold was what Holly had done after )
Me and my sister came in march 13 2026 I asked nicely just curiously if their would be a wait time , the man at the front was so rude and dismissive and literally took his hand and shooed me away saying “if you rush you can leave” I was so taken aback because I was polite and just asking because I wanted to know how long I’d have to wait I’ve been here before and spent my money so it’s extremely disheartening to go somewhere and spend money to be treated so disrespectful I left and I won’t be back that just goes to show you ... read more
Absolutely horrible customer service. We had 2 appointments scheduled and after waiting 45 minutes they took walking in front of us. When questioned, no apology. They lost another 2 customers.
