I came in at 2:45pm ish and got on the waitlist. I was told it would be a 25 minute wait. I came back in at 3:10 and was not helped until 3:30. They then put me in a chair for a pedicure. I then waited another thirty minutes with no help while other costumers were being to attended to before me despite my being there before them. I decided to leave for the long wait and poor costume service. I wish I could give them zero stars because the nail techs were also rude.
