Me and my sister came in march 13 2026 I asked nicely just curiously if their would be a wait time , the man at the front was so rude and dismissive and literally took his hand and shooed me away saying “if you rush you can leave” I was so taken aback because I was polite and just asking because I wanted to know how long I’d have to wait I’ve been here before and spent my money so it’s extremely disheartening to go somewhere and spend money to be treated so disrespectful I left and I won’t be back that just goes to show you ... read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. We had 2 appointments scheduled and after waiting 45 minutes they took walking in front of us. When questioned, no apology. They lost another 2 customers.

I recently got a pedicure here with my sister and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The tools used didn’t appear to be in sanitized bags like I’ve seen at other salons, and the callus treatment was ineffective, my heels were still very rough afterward. Additionally, when my sister politely asked if one of her toes could be touched up, the nail technicians laughed and spoke about her in a way that felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. We were hoping for a relaxing experience but left feeling disappointed.

I had a great experience getting a cut and dip procedure on my nails. The salon is always clean unlike another location I had tried early on.
