The technician who did my nails trimmed down the skin on my fingers significantly, not merely my cuticles, leaving them a bit red and sore. I’m not sure why she felt the need to trim my fingertips. She also pressured me repeatedly when I said I preferred gel to dip until I caved because I didn’t want to make HER mad. There is truly nothing “Premier” about this salon. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing manicure experience I’ve ever had. Instead of using proper cuticle remover, the technician applied lotion, something I’ve never encountered in a professional setting. Nothing “Premier” about this salon. This was, without question, the worst manicure I’ve ever had. They actually use lotion for cuticle removal — something I’ve never seen in a professional salon. When I questioned it, the owner confirmed that this was their standard practice. I’m a gardener, and the technician left visible dirt under my nails.
