This was my first time going to this location, and I was excited just from the reviews and word-of-mouth that I heard, however, I will say I was a little disappointed. I won’t say the technicians name, but I set up an appointment, I was a few minutes early, so I was told to sit at her station by another lady, and my technician was right across from me doing a pedicure. I had Kay do my nails and she did a fantastic job. I go to her every time and she is amazing every time. She’s the sweetest. If you go, then go to Kay. I also got my eyebrows done by Tyy, and she was so sweet and she did a fantastic job as well. I will definitely keep going back. 10/10

I just asked to have my gel polish removed.. the tech in the back chair immediately starts drilling. There was an area where I picked some of it off myself before coming in, & when you do this it takes off a layer of your nail which is why I came in to have it done “properly”… She sees the area where it’s missing a layer & asks if I have anything else besides gel on my nails.
