I have to agree the owner does great nails but nobody else. I have went there for 4 years now and she is getting so busy that she forgets appointment times and is usually to busy to fit you in after she forgets. I walked in for my standing 10am appt and she says no your time is 9 so two weeks later I go at 9am and she has someone sitting in the chair and appts all day long. Best Quality Service – I've gone to almost every nail salon in Plano and every time, I end up with disgusting nails. I'm big on solar nails and pedicures and I honestly could not find a place that ever gave me that "wow" factor. I finally decided to try Nail Pizazz after driving by a few times.
