I always come with Sam and jane because she always do my nails and she always do the best nails but today there was a the lady that did my nails and she was on a ruse and left my design and nails horrible
UPDATE WILL ADD SAMS REPLY lady told me yesterday 02/04 to come back today 02/05 2026 . I came back today and again told them my nails literally snapped off like plastic within a week Application is terrible and THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME WHEN I HAD ALREADY CALLED EARLIER
I went to this shop for the first time on 12/29. The shape of my nails is awful and the polished chipped within an hour. Went back this morning hoping it would look better. They don't. Nail polish still looks chipped and it's very sloppy. You get what you pay for. I will never go back . If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!!! My husband said they look like press on nails. And the shape is terrible. Don't let Ann do your nails!!!!
90+ so the can make me bleed. ! 😡 never again here.
Just got a pedicure done. The way the lady was putting on the nail polish it was so messy!!! She was rushing during the whole procedure. Didn’t even use the body scrub on me. This is the last time I’m coming.
