DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, RUN!! I’ve been at this place 3 times, because i was fool enough to go back, for everytime $130 for a set of nails, 2 to 3 days later nails start falling off, EVERYTIME, (counting I went there 3 times) they are also very demanding with tips, & very rude, I had to fix my nails somewhere else, and when the nail salon expert saw my nails he laughed at me on how bad this nails were done, it seems to me that they do this on purpose so you come back to get a fix o a refill sooner than expected, but you ... read more

I did gel manicure and gel pedicure in this salon. I chose gel polish because I was preparing for a vacation and from my experience I knew that gel polish lasts for two weeks. Unfortunately, on the third day, the gel began to peel off the nails. On the day when the gel began to peel off my nails, I was already in another country and took photos to show at the salon upon arrival. I went to Nail Palace for the first time under its new ownership. I had a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and did a wonderful job on my nails. I also had a pedicure, which was very good. The prices in nail salons have not been exempt from the challenges of rising costs/inflation. That is just the reality living in these uncertain times. Overall, I would definitely return to Nail Palace in Port Chester!
