Nothing to what I asked them for ! DONT COME HERE the guy Steven is so rough and he’s so rushed he was dropping everything he was using , he was holding my hands so hard and he cut me WORST EXPERIENCE WASTE OF MONEY $85 for nothing

My go to place in all of Chula Vista. The owner, Jennifer, who works the front has the best energy and whenever I bring in my 5 year old, she makes her feel so comfortable and does everything so gently for her. I've had multiple techs and every single one of them are attentive and great!! Love coming here.

Went this morning at 0945, but they told me to come back because it’s a long wait and call for appointment. So after an hour I called them back to make appointment,the one who answered the phone told me they don’t take appointments, walk in only. I explained that when I was there, they told me to call for appointment. Finally they said and ask what time I can go back, 3:30 I said. I’ve came here a couple times and I Willy say I have gotten good customer service and the service in itself is great. For me the quality is where it lacks. I’ve gotten dip powder and the finished product had air bubbles. I got hard gel and my nail broke within 2 days, luckily they have a 7 day policy so I got it fixed but the day after all of them started cracking!! They are pretty pricy for the quality to just not be as good.

Best experience at a nail salon. Stopped by about 40min before closing and rather than rushing to squeeze in a couple more customers, they politely explained there wouldn't be enough time for a proper manicure. We returned a couple of days later, showed pictures of what my daughter wanted, asking if they could do it, the price & if we had enough time. Pricing was explained before starting on my daughter (base fee + design fee) while I waited for next available chair. I very much appreciate not being up sold to additional ser... read more
