Took myself and my 4 year old to get a pedicure and could not be more happy with the experience. Jennifer was amazing with my daughter and made her feel so special!!! Honestly everyone working at the salon was great to my daughter and she had the best first pedicure experience ever. I also enjoyed my pedicure and will definitely be back!

Terrible customer service. Was shopping while I was trying to pay. Ignored me. Nails were good quality but service is horrible. Also not that I expect special treatment because I’m pregnant but they saw I was pregnant and didn’t bother to help me out of chair or with anything. So rude.

Love this salon every time I’m in San Diego I go here. Jennifer the shops manager is amazing. Have great leg massages and hands top tier

Lynn did an amazing job on my nails. I was skeptical based off of the reviews, but I’m glad I went. I found my new nail tech and salon. The only downfall is they charge $25 to make an appointment (yes the fee goes towards your service). I understand why they do this but if you’re using your credit card there is a 3% fee, and then once you pay after your service there’s another 3% fee. Hence the reason for 4 stars vice 5. Received hard gel over my nails.

The spot is clean, it looks a like the have a drink station, (they didn’t offer me anything, not sure if you have to pay extra), and the place is very nice, the staff seems friendly. However, my problem is the my nail tech was trying to rush through my manicure. I asked for a simple manicure with polish. The sides of my nails were not done, the polish didn’t start at the cuticle, not even close on some fingers.
