I have been coming here for two years now. Jennifer is super sweet and attentive- I know there are a ton of lotal clients but she always remembers my name and it is so nice. Without fail I make a new friend while I am here, try out a cool nail trend- because they have all the new trends and colors and just relax with a mimosa. I have tried a few places but I just keep coming back here because I love it. You really get the full experience.
⭐️⭐️I give a 2 star for staff being friendly & professional. Nearly every nail was discolored within 5 minutes after I left. I was simply driving back to work when I noticed - so, I didn’t use any lotions or add anything to my nails. I request a refund. Thank you. Update #1: ⭐️⭐️⭐️Another star added! I called and spoke to Jennifer. She let me know there is a 1 week warranty and invited me to come back to have them fixed. Nothing to what I asked them for ! DONT COME HERE the guy Steven is so rough and he’s so rushed he was dropping everything he was using , he was holding my hands so hard and he cut me WORST EXPERIENCE WASTE OF MONEY $85 for nothing
My go to place in all of Chula Vista. The owner, Jennifer, who works the front has the best energy and whenever I bring in my 5 year old, she makes her feel so comfortable and does everything so gently for her. I've had multiple techs and every single one of them are attentive and great!! Love coming here.
