I absolutely love Nail Palace. It's my favorite place in this area. The staff is very friendly and always makes me feel welcomed. I get a full set of acrylics done pretty often so their affordable prices are greatly appreciated. And their work is beautiful. My nails always look nice and more importantly, they last! Thank you Nail Palace.

My daughters and I went for a pedi and our experience was fantastic. The ladies treated my little girls with kindness and gentleness and not like bothers. And the job they did on our nails was beautiful! I

Palace Nail Salon is Great! I love their services and everyone is really nice. I got the gel manicure and it was so relaxing. I just walked in and was seated right away. Kelly is the BEST!!! My nails lasted 3 weeks with the gel so I will continue to get that service from now on. The place is really clean and there is soft music playing to really get you relaxed.

If I could leave zero (or negative!) stars, I would. I have very small hands/nails, and due to a genetic condition my nails will split and break when they don't have an acrylic or gel overlay. I haven't had an overlay today, so my nails were fairly short. The gentleman that greeted me at the door informed me that my nails were too short for an overlay, so I said I would come back later (really, I intended to go to Lee Nails in the Citadel Mall, where I have had a gel overlay done on my "too short" nails before), but the nail... read more

I viisted this salon as a walk in to get a manicure. The male that gave me my manicure was more interested in looking around then he was in my manicure. There was no interest paid to personal service. My cuticles were not cut well and the tips of my nails quickly chipped. I feel like customer service is very important to this industry for return visits...why don't they get it??
