Clean, organized, great selection of colors and super friendly staff.
They don't seem to care much about the customers and try really hard to avoid blame which is clearly visible on their responses to negative reviews. I can second them reusing their nail files and it was really rude of them bad mouthing customers among themselves in Chinese. Their pricing is very cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.
The old lady was nice but the old man practically forced me to leave tips for the bad job on my feet, I would never recommend it.
This was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I've visited many nail salons, but this is the first time I've encountered one that doesn't even meet basic standards. It was so bad that I left halfway through without even getting my nails done, just removing the polish and walking out. They filed my nails so much that now they are thin, fragile, and soft to the point where they bend when pressed. First of all, they reused nail files. So happy since I found this place a few months and I have to say I absolutely love it...clean great location AND hours open until 8 during the week and open Sundays! Great prices FABULOUS spa Pedicure...over all fabulous place
