I went in for a pedicure a few weeks ago expecting to see my usual technician, but instead he refused to service me, claiming I “cancel all the time.” That is not true—I may have cancelled a few times, but I always reschedule and call to confirm my cancellation in a timely manner as to not leave him waiting on a no-show from me. His reaction was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. At the very least, he should have had the courtesy to speak with me directly about any concerns.
