Unfortunately I had a negative experience. Am averaging my rating to 2 stars out of fairness, because I've had a couple of good experiences in the past. Today was a 1-star kind of experience. Truly the best at what they do. As well as comfortable space, they work hard to accommodate last minute appts, very sweet team
I rarely ever get my nails done, only for special occasions, but will be coming here for all my future needs! Super accommodating, professional, clean space, and extremely friendly. Le went above and beyond for my nail design and shape - she is amazing!! Will be recommending to all my friends!! :))
I’m very particular about where I get my nails done — so many places leave your nails clumpy, thick, or chipping within days (especially with natural polish). Nail Motif is the complete opposite. I don’t know what magic they use, but my natural polish manicures last a solid week — sometimes even longer! The quality is unmatched. Beyond the results, the entire experience is just wonderful. Le has been doing my nails since I was 11 years old and I wouldn’t go to anybody else! She always does an incredible job, doesn’t overcharge and has created a beautiful, clean, and relaxing environment. Also highly recommend her eyebrow waxes, she’s the best around.
