We had an excellent experience at Nail Lux today and couldn’t be happier with the results. My daughter is extremely picky about her nails, and Vivian absolutely delivered. The attention to detail and willingness to listen really set the bar high. I worked with Bill and tried builder gel for the first time, and I’m officially sold. Nail Lux has definitely earned our business. Thank you!!
I had a very uncomfortable experience at this nail salon. First, the nail tech who worked on me did not appear to have a license displayed, which made me feel unsafe. The paraffin wax was also concerning. At other salons, the wax is new, clean, and mixed with oils. Here, the wax looked reused and had no oils at all, which is not sanitary. They also cut my nails without asking, and it hurt. On top of that, a woman who seemed like the boss was yelling at employees and pushing them to force customers to spend more money.
