The older lady to the right of the recusal was absolutely rude. She seemed to be upset that all I wanted to have done was eyebrows. She told me that it was a long wait and I might as well leave if that’s all I wanted and proceeded to walk away. Very cut and dry no smile I felt very uncomfortable! I definitely will no be back

My regular salon was closed for a few weeks when the owners went on vacation. I tried this salon twice. The first time the lady was ok but my SNS chipped after 2 weeks. The second time the man who I believe may be the owner dud them. He was extremely rude throughout the whole exchange. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Then his crappy nail job chipped after 11 days. I don’t have any chipped nails either my regular manicures. Avoid this salon.

$$$ Good service and results but the pricing is wild. I came in for gel polish application only on my hands and feet (I had already done my own mani / pedi prep). Had two employees working on me and was out the door in literally 20 minutes (love that). They charged me $50. That seems absurd considering the actual cost of materials was probably about $2. Walked in at 9am (when they open) to get a white gel pedicure…simple. Three customers were in salon before me, and there was plenty of staff “available.” I was asked what I needed, once I told them I was asked if I had an appointment which I did not. Then I was told that is the way they book now. Which that is understandable, but I would not have been so irritated if their door did not still say “Walk-ins Welcomed.” Crazy that they would turn away a paying customer. Use to come here all the time….

I’ve been coming to Nail Luv for over 11 years. They’re like family. I have a standing appointment every two weeks for my nails and toes. My kids come monthly for pedicures too. My nails never break. I never have fungus or infections. The salon is so clean. Everyone is so friendly. Picture attached is my most recent fill/color. Gorgeous!
