I went to get a manicure and pedicure. Without verbal warning before starting, it took them 3 hours to do my feet. They kept scrubbing the same area, switched two different people, and cut a couple of my cuticles. My feet never looked like this and have to complete home treatment. After 3 hours, I declined the manicure service. They charged me $108 for this outcome. Just letting others know for public awareness.
I have been coming here for quite awhile now, probably a couple of years. They are always great with me and my daughter, even asking for her when I come alone! They do a great job and their pricing is good too!
I usually go to my nail tech in Sharpsburg, however I needed something close and quick. They had 4.0 stars so I thought a short French tip acrylic would be easy. No. None of my nails look good. They’re bulky and not uniform. Plus she was drilling my cuticles and now some of my cuticles hurt. I’ll post the input pic and then my nails. You cannot tell me as a nail tech you can look at my nails while you are doing them and think nothing is wrong.
