My second time going and getting acrylics, flawless job and they are so beautiful! Lots of care spent but done in great time, staff is so nice as well.
Hello, unfortunately I had 2 disappointing experience at the salon. The first time, I did a no-chip manicure and one of my nails chipped just two days after. I went back and they kindly fixed it. This time, I went for a pedicure with my friend, and unfortunately was not good. My nails had unfinished areas, and my friend’s nails wasn’t applied evenly. I think the person was in a rush, probably because the salon was very busy. I am disappointed bacause I expected better quality even if it’s “just” a simple pedicure.
Lily is my all time favorite nail tech. I trust her to pick my nail color every time-she already knows what I want when I walk in. She remembers little things about me and I know she cares! Lily is the best!! I recommend her always. ❤️
I have to say that this place is the best and it’s upsetting the complaints that people take the time to come on here and post. Let me be clear, this place is always busy so if you don’t like your services, the simple solution is to not come back and patronize somewhere else. I’m a first time customer and was pretty excited to try this nail salon out based on the reviews and the nail art photos all over this page. I was getting married the next day so I felt comfortable enough with the reviews to go in without trying the place beforehand. Unfortunately, my experience was different.
