Gave it an extra star because I really like the way ann does nails and the price is reasonable but I made an appointment and Was 5 minutes late they called me twice and were rude and hung up on me as I was walking into the store so I turned around called back and canceled because there is no reason staff should be rude. I was not about to spend my money on a place like that . Ann needs to work somewhere else they work her hard

The place sucks lol it’s by my house but I can’t go there because they upcharge for everything and don’t do a good job. Save your money and go somewhere else

I’ve been coming to theses place for a couple times now. I don’t think it’s fair they charge $60 to $70 dolls a full set simple color. And after a week my nails started to chip. I came for them to fix and since I told them that, they said oh “come till an hr” we can not fix right now. How long would a color fixing take. That’s rude and unprofessional.
