Poor customer service. My last review the owner said I wasn't there so I added a receipt of the charge and date to that post. To hear the dissatisfaction and than say I want even there? I know where I go, you guys did my last 2 sets which is why I thought I would get the same service the 2nd time I did the first but it just gets worse.
I really tried to be happy with my set. I went in with a simple and specific design, for my birthday. I showed the design and changed my toe design to match. They said they could do it no problem. So, toes done and cute. I ask for short nails closer to a natural nail size. I really don't look up until he finishes the French tips on the nails to match the earlier shown design. Vinny did an amazing job on my nails. This was my 3rd time there and 2nd time he's worked on my nails. Will definitely be back and requesting him. !!
I came in for walkin mani pedi. Very relaxing experience and welcoming staff. Vinny is absolutely amazing and was showing me awesome designs he does. Absolutely will return!
