Update: I’ve been coming to Nails Lounge for a few years now, even after moving out of state. Benny is amazing, I referred my cousin here too and she’s been coming ever since. LOVE! This was my second time going to Nail Lounge. Both times, the staff have been super nice and welcoming. The nail tech who did my full set today was super helpful when I couldn’t find what I wanted. Very clean and quiet, 10/10 would recommend. Definitely going back!
Bad customer service

I had gone into the salon for acrylic removal and gel mani after the acrylic was removed. The initial nail tech who was doing my nails was trying to convince me to leave some of the acrylic on my nails I had to tell her no 5 times. During the removal a woman had come in for a mani pedi and I was left for her to tend to that client, okay that’s normal I was then transferred to the other nail tech to continue removing the acrylic she had “finished” one hand and starting moving onto the manicure while there is still acrylic on ... read more
