Took my daughter to get her eyebrows wax n was not acceptable or appealing. The woman don’t know to to do them they was horrible would not recommend
This was one of the worst experiences I had at any nail shop. This was my first time coming here and off back the customer service was bad. I went in just for a pedicure and I wanted tips on my big toes. The man that did my pedicure didn’t know how to do tips so he called someone over to assist. They didn’t clean my feet let alone start the pedicure where they clean, file and everything like that. I told both people that I didn’t like the way she put one of my tips on. Highly recommend Nail Lab! I had my manicure with Lily, and she did an amazing job. She pays so much attention to small details, my nails turned out gorgeous. The salon is clean and comfortable. Lily is sweet and easy to communicate with. Great service overall. If you are in the Matteson area, book with Lily, you won’t regret it!
