I will never go to this establishment again! That’s what I get for not going to my usual professional. I don’t even know the lady’s name! She was mean and rude. I have no problem with people speaking their native language as I am also bilingual but when it is done and you KNOW they are talking poorly about their customer it is a turn off. Service was disappointing. I had an overlay on a fresh set of nails and the acrylic lifted from my nails one by one. As if a step was missing for the acrylic to stay on my nails This has never happened to me. Pedicure was okay. Should have gotten the basic instead of the lavender. Don’t think I will be back again.
I wish I would have read the review before visiting the location. This is the worst nail service I have ever experience. I had a soak off of a ombré set. Molly was my nail technician, she asked what color I wanted, I told her I want it ombré nails, he proceeded to tell me that I would have to get a soak off each time I came if I wanted to change colors, which I know it’s not true. Do not waste your hard earned money ! Customer service 0/10 was rushed work but was rushed to pay before service even started….pedi was ok.
This place is horrible. I got my nails done and the acrylic didn’t even cover the entire nail. The polish was lumpy and sloppy. Then I had my toes painted, I left the shop and am hour later they still was not dry. I went back and had them redone, twice, they still wouldn’t dry. I sat there, waited an additional hour for them to dry, she sprayed them and still wet. The owner then accused to of messing them up because I touched them “too hard”.
