Lady was rude didn’t want to do like I asked, she was sitting watching a movie on her phone not paying attention to anything I said! I chose to walk away versus trying to work with someone who refused to listen

I’ve spent almost $200 for short nails with MINIMAL designs, charms, and French. It’s just really not worth it. No need for this to be almost $200 without care for my natural nail. Didn’t cut my cuticle, didn’t freshen up my natural nail bed didn’t even clean my nails. Just started to do them no prep. But wants to charge $120 for manicure and $55 for pedicure. I Understand paying for your work but definitely not for $200 especially for short nails.

I have been to this salon before, but my most recent visit was extremely upsetting. I questioned a $5 charge for a service I have previously paid $3 for. Instead of calmly explaining the price difference, the owner became rude and unprofessional. She began speaking negatively in her language, assuming I would not understand, and used a racial slur directed at me. That behavior is discriminatory and completely unacceptable. Nail Lab is so very unprofessional in Matteson IL. They are very dismissive and do not respect us as a ppl. Don’t give them your money!! I received a Manicure yesterday. I expressed then that I felt they were too thin! They disagreed so I hesitatingly paid and left. Next day I look down and 2 are broken. I came in today explained to her, who i just paid my money to yesterday. She says you pay, you wait 40 minutes and dismissed me! Very disrespectful! Would not even look up. Please share! No respect! No consideration!!
