I have been going to this location since it open. Molly is my tech and don’t go try to still her. She is amazing

If I could give 0 stars I would, they are rude. The manager has horrible communication skills, and the nails aren’t cute.
My experience was unprofessional intimidating and hostile. First, i was told to show my apple pay receipt from my phone as proof I was there, one day ago. I showed it. Then told they couldn't find my card number, although i showed my bank receipt... 10 minutes in, i finally say, this says Nail Lab, i paid 120.00, plus i came in to talk to you about the service yesterday and said i would return.
