I feel like the quality has gone down, it’s really disappointing. You pay up for a very mediocre service and quality? Last few visits I’ve had gel nail polish that started peeled off after about a week, gel nail polish that faded and got blotchy, and now I just got pedicure done and it looks like I could have done a cleaner and better job doing it. The techs were really great and they actually took their time!!!!!! Jasmine was really pleasant and took pride in her work. I recommend Luxia Nail Spa and I will definitely be back. It's worth the money
THIS PLACE IS TRASH.I gave it a second chance against my better judgment because seems like all the nail salons I’ve been to in Charleston suck And I’m tired of searching. But first off the establishment is not cleaned daily you can tell by all the nail partial dust covering everything and nothing is in sanitize jars just a bunch of dirty and old brushes they pick through to find the best one. After having a bad experience elsewhere earlier today, I came here hoping they could fix my nails, and I'm so glad I did. They were able to correct the previous work and gave me exactly what I was hoping for. My nails turned out beautiful, and I love the chrome finish. One thing I especially appreciated was that they did my toenails first and then my fingernails afterward. I prefer having those services done separately because it gives me a chance to relax instead of feeling rushed, and they were happy to accommodate that. T... read more
