I get manicures very infrequently so I feel like my standards are not super high. While the overall cost was cheap ($35 before tip) and the service was quick, I feel the manicure was done sloppily. The photo shows the bubbling on the middle finger, uneven application, and sloppy painting on the tips. They did barely any nail shaping or cuticle work, and applied the barest amount of lotion to my hands when done. I got the value I paid for, which was sloppy execution of a cute overall look.
This place must be a joke. Honestly. These are my nails after I had “cleaning” manicure done. Place is dirty, the way they do the manicure is unprofessional.
Kim is the best!! I always love my gel manicures and the whole team is so sweet.
I’ve been going here since I moved to Newton, the owner is nice, but one person in particular is condescending and I always get a bad vibe from her. Granted I tip all the time and sometimes I over tip, but the past two interactions I’ve had with this particular person I would never step in there again.
