New customer I got the building gel immediately within 3 to 4 days my nails started lifting and coming off. I had to go in twice to get them fixed only for them to start to break off three days later again . Nice nails they don’t last tho disappointing…
Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a nail salon. Any still ended up leaving paying over $100 with nails in a shape I didn’t ask for, each finger being different as well. I’d stay clear
I've been here twice, and both times my nails came out really nice. I'm happy with the results. My only suggestion is to focus a little more on the client experience. Getting your nails done is a chance to relax, unwind, and enjoy being pampered, but sometimes it feels like the appointments are a bit rushed to get to the next client. Yesterday morning I got a pedicure. I have been here more than once and never had a problem. The tech burnt my left foot. She was rinsing the scrub off and I told her the water was hot. It got hotter and hotter. She never turned the hot water off. I have very sensitive skin and I could feel it burning. I just wanted to say if the customer says it is very hot they should listen.
